一. 招聘职位&准证类型： 景区服务大使Studio Experienced Ambassador (SEA)        wp
二.招聘人数：2位
三.岗位要求：
l 性别年龄：男女不限 ，21-35岁以下
l 学历要求：大专或以上学历
l 经验要求：英文流利，会操作电脑，有相关客服经验者优先（如酒店、商场、空乘等），有新加坡客服经验的优先考虑。能够接受轮班
四.工作职责：
· Attend to all walk-in Ticketing sales and enquires of guest
参加所有步入式票务销售和客人查询
· Provide excellent customer service to visitors at all times
随时为访客提供优质的客户服务
· Perform end to end ticketing sales and cashiering duties, including daily opening, closing, smooth transaction, generating and reconciling daily ticket sales reports for both changi experience studio and giftshop
执行端到端票务销售和出纳业务，包括每日开店，关店，顺利交易，生成和协调 星耀景区和礼品店的每日门票销售报告
· Actively promote ticketing packages, promotion, and sales at the main admission area
积极推广主要入场区的票务套餐，促销和销售
· Assist in the exhibition galleries to provide guest with an enriching and unforgettable experience and safeguarding the studio Artefacts 
协助展览馆为客人提供丰富而难忘的体验，并保护景区工艺品
· Ensure all studio Artefacts are not tampered with
确保所有景区的工艺品都不会被篡改
· Facilitated and coordinate guided tour of various group of people 
促进和协调各类人群的导游
· Perform price tagging, regular stock takes and stock replenishment of merchandise. 
执行价格标记，定期库存和库存补货
· Handle feedbacks from guests and tenants and proactively provide solutions
处理来宾和租户的反馈，并主动提供解决方案
· Maintain cleanliness of ticketing counter and gift shop
保持售票柜台和礼品店的清洁 
· Other duties assigned by studio Experience Supervisor or Studio Experience Manager  其他上司所分配的职责
五.福利待遇： 
l 薪水：试用期1650新币/月；转正1950新币/月(底薪1250新币+住补250新币+轮班50新币+交通50新币+化妆50新币) 。试用期后享有----特别津贴：100新币/月；表现奖（达到绩效）：450新币/季度；全勤奖：150新币/季度 。
l 其他：提供制服（第一个月的培训期需要准备自己的正式衬衫，裤子和鞋子）
l 工作时间:  做2休2，轮 shisheng班制
班次 1：1000H – 2200H (休息1小时)；
班次2：0900H – 2100H（休息1小时）；
班次3：1100H
